Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through secure payment providers.
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Can I change my order or shipping address?

Please contact us at support@minener.us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested changes. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it must be handled through our standard return process.

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Why was I contacted to confirm my order?

For payment and order security, we may occasionally ask customers to confirm their order authorization, payment authorization, or shipping information before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
Where does Minener ship?

Minener currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through minener.us.
How much does shipping cost?

Our standard U.S. shipping rates are:

· Orders from $0.00 to $59.99: $9.99 Standard Shipping
· Orders of $60.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–8 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Can I change my address after the order has shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Customers should contact the carrier directly and email support@minener.us for assistance.
What happens if my order is delayed?

Carrier delays may occasionally occur. When a significant delay affects your order, we may provide an updated estimated delivery date or, where appropriate, offer cancellation and a refund.
What happens if my package is refused or returned to the sender?

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may be refunded after they are received and inspected. Original shipping charges and additional return shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

Track Your Order
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our website.
Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking information may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. Updates may also be delayed while the shipment is moving between carrier facilities.
Can Minener guarantee a specific delivery date?

No. Delivery dates shown during checkout or tracking are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
What should I do if my package appears to be lost?

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that the package is lost, contact us at support@minener.us. We will review the shipment with the carrier and determine the appropriate next step.
My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the package. What should I do?

Please check around your property, mailbox, building reception area, household members, and nearby neighbors. Carriers may sometimes mark a package as delivered shortly before the final delivery.

If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and email support@minener.us with your order number and tracking information.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be in the same or like-new condition and must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized alteration, or excessive wear.
What must be included with my return?

Returns should include:

· The original product
· Accessories and components
· Manuals and documentation
· Original packaging
· Receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase

Missing items may affect return approval or the refund amount.
How do I start a return?

  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items

Approved returns will receive the correct return address and shipping instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping when the return is caused by a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected product.

Minener will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products caused by a fulfillment error.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect?

Contact support@minener.us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate resolution.
Are any products non-returnable?

Gift cards and products clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned. Other return restrictions may be stated on the applicable product page.
