Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Effective Date: July 20, 2026

This Limited Warranty Policy applies to eligible Minener products purchased directly through minener.us and delivered to an address within the United States.

This Warranty Policy is separate from our Return and Refund Policy. Returns requested because of a change of mind, personal preference, or another non-defect reason are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Limited Warranty Period

Minener provides a 12-month limited warranty on eligible products purchased directly from minener.us.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered, as shown by the applicable shipping carrier’s tracking information.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another person.

A replacement product or replacement part provided under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date the replacement is delivered, whichever is longer.

2. Products Covered

Unless a different warranty period is clearly stated on the applicable product page, this 12-month limited warranty applies to eligible Minener products, including:

  • Night vision devices
  • Golf rangefinders
  • Digital and optical telescopes
  • Other electronic or optical products sold under the Minener brand

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from minener.us.

Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace, distributor, reseller, or unauthorized third party are subject to the warranty terms offered by that seller and may not be covered by this policy.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product within the warranty period.

Examples of potentially covered defects may include:

  • A product that does not power on under normal operating conditions
  • A display, button, sensor, charging port, or internal component that fails because of a manufacturing defect
  • A product that cannot perform a core advertised function because of a confirmed hardware defect
  • Missing or defective components caused by a manufacturing or fulfillment issue
  • Structural defects that were not caused by misuse, impact, alteration, or normal wear

Warranty coverage is subject to inspection, troubleshooting, and verification by Minener.

A product’s compatibility with a customer’s personal preferences, environment, skill level, intended application, or third-party equipment is not considered a manufacturing defect unless Minener expressly stated that compatibility on the product page.

4. Rechargeable Batteries

Rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity over time and through repeated charging cycles.

Normal battery capacity reduction caused by age, frequency of use, charging habits, storage conditions, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

A rechargeable battery may be covered during the applicable warranty period when Minener confirms that it has failed because of a defect in materials or workmanship rather than normal degradation, misuse, improper charging, or storage conditions.

5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Scratches, dents, discoloration, fading, or worn surface finishes
  • Normal battery capacity degradation
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, crushing, vibration, or improper transportation
  • Damage caused by water, moisture, condensation, rain, snow, sand, dust, heat, fire, or extreme temperatures, unless the product is expressly rated for the applicable condition
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, or improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose
  • Failure to follow product instructions, warnings, or safety guidance
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, assembly, charging, voltage, power supply, or accessories
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or alterations
  • Damage caused by third-party parts, accessories, software, batteries, chargers, cables, mounts, or equipment
  • Products with removed, altered, damaged, or unreadable serial numbers or identifying labels
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties
  • Products sold as final sale, clearance, used, refurbished, or open-box, unless warranty coverage is expressly stated on the product page
  • Products lost or stolen after delivery
  • Damage that occurs after the product has been delivered and accepted
  • Failure caused by accidents, natural disasters, power surges, or events outside Minener’s reasonable control
  • Indirect losses, loss of use, lost data, lost recordings, lost opportunities, or other consequential losses

Accessories and consumable components may have a shorter useful life than the main product. Normal replacement of consumable or wear-related components is not covered unless Minener confirms a manufacturing defect.

6. Product-Specific Use Limitations

Customers must use Minener products lawfully, safely, and according to all instructions and warnings.

The warranty does not cover damage or performance issues resulting from unsafe, prohibited, or unintended use, including:

  • Pointing a laser rangefinder toward a person’s eyes, moving vehicles, or aircraft
  • Looking directly at the sun through a telescope or optical device without an appropriate professionally designed solar filter
  • Using a night vision device while driving or operating machinery
  • Using a product for illegal surveillance, trespassing, hunting, or another activity that violates applicable law
  • Using a product in environmental conditions beyond its stated ratings
  • Modifying the product to increase power, laser output, range, or another specification

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to product use.

7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, contact:

support@minener.us

Please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your Minener order number
  • The product name and model
  • The product serial number, where available
  • The date the issue began
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the product, accessories, packaging, and shipping label when requested
  • Details of any troubleshooting steps already completed

Do not send a product to Minener before receiving written warranty authorization and return instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted, inspected, repaired, replaced, or refunded.

8. Troubleshooting and Inspection

Before approving a warranty claim, Minener may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

These steps may include:

  • Charging the product with a compatible power source
  • Resetting or restarting the device
  • Testing another compatible cable, adapter, battery, or memory card
  • Reviewing settings or operating instructions
  • Providing additional photos or videos
  • Confirming the product model or serial number
  • Returning the product for inspection

Completing troubleshooting does not automatically mean that the claim has been approved.

If Minener determines that physical inspection is necessary, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Do not return a warranty product to the address shown on the original shipping label unless Minener specifically instructs you to do so.

9. Warranty Resolutions

If Minener confirms that a product has a defect covered by this limited warranty, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:

  • Provide troubleshooting or technical support
  • Send a replacement component or accessory
  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same model
  • Replace the product with a comparable model if the original model is unavailable
  • Issue a partial refund when appropriate
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method when repair or replacement is not reasonably available

Replacement products or parts may be new or functionally equivalent to new, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The color, packaging, accessories, design, or minor specifications of a replacement product may differ when the original version is no longer available, provided the replacement offers reasonably comparable functionality.

A warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to choose between repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Shipping Costs for Approved Claims

If Minener confirms that a warranty claim is covered, Minener will cover reasonable shipping costs required for the approved warranty resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Reimburse a reasonable authorized shipping cost
  • Send a replacement part without requiring the original product to be returned
  • Provide another approved return or replacement arrangement

Customers must follow the shipping instructions provided by Minener.

Minener is not responsible for unauthorized shipping costs, expedited shipping selected without approval, or products sent to an incorrect address.

If inspection determines that the product is not covered by this warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping or other reasonable costs, where permitted by applicable law. We will notify the customer before charging any additional amount.

11. Replacement Products and Returned Property

When Minener provides a full product replacement, we may require the original product to be returned.

Once a returned product is replaced or fully refunded, the returned product becomes the property of Minener where permitted by law.

Customers should remove memory cards and personal accessories before returning a product unless Minener specifically requests that they be included.

Minener is not responsible for customer-owned memory cards, recordings, files, mounts, batteries, cables, or accessories that are returned unnecessarily.

Customers should back up any stored data before submitting a product for warranty service. Repair, replacement, resetting, or inspection may result in the loss of stored files or settings.

12. Claims Submitted After the Warranty Period

Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

A delay in contacting Minener may affect our ability to inspect, verify, or resolve the issue.

Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired are generally not covered. However, Minener may offer paid replacement parts, discounted replacements, troubleshooting assistance, or another solution at its discretion.

Any assistance provided outside the warranty period does not extend or renew the original warranty unless Minener expressly agrees in writing.

13. Relationship to the Return and Refund Policy

This Warranty Policy covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.

Our Return and Refund Policy governs matters including:

  • Order cancellations
  • Returns within the applicable return period
  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Incorrectly selected products
  • Exchanges
  • Products damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect or missing products
  • Refund processing

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically extend the 30-day return period.

When a customer reports an issue within the return period, Minener may process the request under either the Return and Refund Policy or this Warranty Policy, depending on the nature of the issue.

14. Limitation of Implied Warranties

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written limited warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minener will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, failure, repair, or replacement of a product.

This may include loss of data, recordings, revenue, profits, opportunities, time, or use.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Minener’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. No Unauthorized Warranty Modifications

No retailer, reseller, distributor, employee, contractor, representative, influencer, or other third party is authorized to modify, extend, or create additional warranty obligations on behalf of Minener unless confirmed in writing by Minener.

Product descriptions, advertising statements, customer service communications, and promotional materials should be read together with this Warranty Policy and applicable mandatory consumer laws.

17. Policy Changes

Minener may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, operations, or legal obligations.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version made available at the time of purchase, unless a later version provides additional benefits or applicable law requires otherwise.

The current version will be posted on minener.us with its effective date.
